What is your policy regarding AI use?
AI is a fascinating technology and we view it as a useful, powerful tool, but one that must be used for its intended purpose. We recognise its value for analysis and assisting with problem solving, and are happy to use it for those purposes, particularly within the test automation arena and as a way of assessing trends and patterns in large data sets.
We do set limits, however. We recognise the threat that AI may present to creatives and do not use AI tools for image or related digital asset generation. We may use AI in those areas for corrective tasks, such as removing a background from a photograph so we can overlay it on one of our created designs, for instance. Any of our clients may request a breakdown of our AI use in any given project, and we will be completely transparent in those instances.
